For the Crust:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked to desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the cooked rotini, parmesan cheese, and heavy cream. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated and the cheese is melted.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
