A delicious no-bake cheesecake with caramel and apples, perfect for fall desserts.
Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Step 1: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Step 3: Fold in whipped cream gently. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Step 4: Arrange diced apples on top and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For a crispier base, use more butter. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
