Description

A delicious no-bake cheesecake with caramel and apples, perfect for fall desserts.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Step 3: Fold in whipped cream gently. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  4. Step 4: Arrange diced apples on top and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  5. Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For a crispier base, use more butter. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
