Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Step 2: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the pan.
- Step 3: Bake crust for 10 minutes and let cool.
- Step 4: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; add eggs one at a time.
- Step 5: Pour filling over crust and bake for 50 minutes.
- Step 6: Cool, then top with chopped apples and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Step 7: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
