Description

A decadent cheesecake featuring layers of smooth caramel and rich chocolate, perfect for an indulgent dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour half the batter over the crust, then drizzle with half the caramel sauce and half the melted chocolate.
  6. Add the remaining batter and swirl in the rest of the caramel and chocolate.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before refrigerating.

Notes

For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight. Serve with extra caramel drizzle if desired.
