- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour half the batter over the crust, then drizzle with half the caramel sauce and half the melted chocolate.
- Add the remaining batter and swirl in the rest of the caramel and chocolate.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before refrigerating.
Notes
For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight. Serve with extra caramel drizzle if desired.
