Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake with layers of caramel and chocolate, perfect for a indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
  5. Pour half the batter over the crust. Drizzle with half the caramel sauce and half the melted chocolate. Swirl with a knife.
  6. Add the remaining batter and repeat the swirling with caramel and chocolate.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool in the oven with the door ajar.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality caramel sauce and let the cheesecake chill overnight. Serve with whipped cream.
