- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
- Pour half the batter over the crust. Drizzle with half the caramel sauce and half the melted chocolate. Swirl with a knife.
- Add the remaining batter and repeat the swirling with caramel and chocolate.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool in the oven with the door ajar.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality caramel sauce and let the cheesecake chill overnight. Serve with whipped cream.
