- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Pour the mixture over the crust. Bake for 55 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool completely, then top with caramel sauce and pecans. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
