Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crust. Bake for 55 minutes or until center is set.
  5. Cool completely, then top with caramel sauce and pecans. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
