Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, black pepper, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
