Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, diced ham, and broccoli florets.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the rice and meat mixture, stirring until everything is well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be prepared ahead and refrigerated; just add 10 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold. For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes.
