- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, diced ham, and broccoli florets.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the rice and meat mixture, stirring until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared ahead and refrigerated; just add 10 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold. For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes.
