Description
A simple fudge recipe combining chocolate and peanut butter for a swirled treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped peanuts for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and half of the sweetened condensed milk in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- In another bowl, melt the peanut butter with the remaining sweetened condensed milk similarly.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan, then dollop the peanut butter mixture on top.
- Use a knife to swirl the mixtures together.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set, then cut into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
