Description

A simple fudge recipe combining chocolate and peanut butter for a swirled treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped peanuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and half of the sweetened condensed milk in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, melt the peanut butter with the remaining sweetened condensed milk similarly.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan, then dollop the peanut butter mixture on top.
  5. Use a knife to swirl the mixtures together.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set, then cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
