These easy cinnamon sugar blondies are soft, chewy, and packed with cinnamon flavor.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (177ยฐC). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a stronger cinnamon flavor, add more cinnamon to the batter.
