- 8 ounces crab meat
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 24 large mushrooms, stems removed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños.
