Description

Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with crab and cheese, perfect for appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 24 large mushrooms, stems removed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños.
