For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, butternut squash, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
