For the Crust:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, butternut squash, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
