For the Crust:
- 1 lb frozen meatballs
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, cornstarch, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
- Place frozen meatballs, pineapple chunks, and bell peppers in the crock pot.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm over rice or as an appetizer.
