For the Crust:

  • 12 oz high-quality dark chocolate chips or bar, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw pistachios
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Immediately sprinkle the almonds, pistachios, cranberries, and apricots evenly over the chocolate. Gently press them in.
  5. Finish by sprinkling the flaky sea salt over the top.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set. Break into pieces and serve.
