For the Crust:
- 12 oz high-quality dark chocolate chips or bar, chopped
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup raw pistachios
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick.
- Immediately sprinkle the almonds, pistachios, cranberries, and apricots evenly over the chocolate. Gently press them in.
- Finish by sprinkling the flaky sea salt over the top.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set. Break into pieces and serve.
