- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese for sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- 2. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- 3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- 4. While meatballs are cooking, boil linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 5. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and grated Parmesan to the pan with the meatballs. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked linguine. Garnish with fresh parsley.
