Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese for sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. 3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. 4. While meatballs are cooking, boil linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  5. 5. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and grated Parmesan to the pan with the meatballs. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked linguine. Garnish with fresh parsley.
