Description
These easy-to-make cheeseburger bombs are stuffed with garlic-seasoned ground beef and cheese, wrapped in biscuit dough, and baked until golden. Topped with parmesan for an irresistible appetizer or snack.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined. Remove from heat.
- Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each into a circle about 4-5 inches wide.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
- While baking, mix melted butter and minced garlic. After removing from oven, brush the garlic butter over the bombs and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
These can be assembled ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake. For extra crispiness, brush with egg wash before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, reheat in oven.
