- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (3 oz) package Jello gelatin (any flavor)
- Optional: Food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the Jello powder until well incorporated.
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 1-1.5 hours or until dry and crisp. Let cool completely.
