Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken, broccoli, cauliflower rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
