  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
