Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the herb mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Top with lemon slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
