- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the beef; stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Mix in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes. This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables.
