Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the beef; stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.

Notes
