Description

These no-bake truffles are made with chocolate and hazelnut spread for an easy and delicious treat. Perfect for parties or as a homemade gift.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100g Nutella or hazelnut spread
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g toasted hazelnuts, finely chopped for coating

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat.
  2. Place the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl and pour the hot cream over it. Let it stand for 1 minute.
  3. Stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Stir in the Nutella or hazelnut spread until well combined.
  4. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm enough to roll into balls.
  5. Using a spoon or small scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in the chopped toasted hazelnuts to coat.
  6. Place the coated truffles on a plate and refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. For best results, use good quality dark chocolate.
