Description

These easy no-bake Oreo truffles are a quick and delicious dessert. Made with just a few ingredients, they’re perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese until well mixed.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, tapping off excess chocolate.
  6. Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. For best results, use fresh Oreos and soften the cream cheese at room temperature before mixing.
