- 2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: Additional powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped pecans and graham cracker crumbs.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
