Description

Delicious no-bake pecan balls made with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Additional powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped pecans and graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands.
  4. Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
