A simple no-bake dessert made with peanut butter and cream cheese, perfect for a quick treat.

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set, about 1 hour.
Notes
These balls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
