Description

These easy pecan pie cookies combine the flavors of pecan pie in a simple cookie form, perfect for holiday baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.
