Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the crushed pineapple (with juice), eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
