Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 10 frozen potstickers
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions
