Description

A simple no-bake treat made with peanut butter and Rice Krispies, perfect for a quick dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
