- 1 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and top each breast with the ricotta mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
