Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and a savory sesame-ginger sauce.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, marinate chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet. Add honey and rice vinegar, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
