Description

Ingredients

  • 200g smoked salmon slices
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Cucumber slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Lay out the smoked salmon slices on a clean surface and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over them.
  3. Carefully roll the salmon slices into a log shape.
  4. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with cucumber slices if desired and serve immediately.
