Description

A simple and elegant appetizer featuring smoked salmon rolled with cream cheese and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked salmon, sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Cucumber slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Lay out the smoked salmon slices on a flat surface.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the salmon slices.
  4. Roll the salmon slices tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with cucumber garnish.

Notes

Ensure salmon is thinly sliced for easy rolling. Can be prepared ahead and stored in the fridge.
