Description

A delicious festive fudge inspired by sugar cookies, perfect for holiday treats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed sugar cookies
  • Sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat.
  3. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Fold in crushed sugar cookies.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Top with sprinkles and let cool at room temperature for 2 hours or refrigerate for 1 hour.
  9. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
