- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed sugar cookies
- Sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat.
- Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in crushed sugar cookies.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Top with sprinkles and let cool at room temperature for 2 hours or refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
