For the Crust:
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced flank steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the pineapple chunks and cook for 1-2 minutes until warmed through. Serve the beef and pineapple mixture over cooked rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
