Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in melted chocolate chips and sour cream.
  5. Pour the batter over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the edge to loosen. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chocolate and peanut butter. This cheesecake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
