Description

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them in the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Serve with roasted vegetables.
