For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 16 Rolos
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press 1 tablespoon of this mixture into each liner.
  3. Place one Rolo in the center of each crust. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until combined. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over each Rolo. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool before removing from the tin.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
