For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together ricotta cheese, eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in the chopped spinach.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
