For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a bowl, whisk together ricotta cheese, eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the chopped spinach.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
