For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz white chocolate, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberry preserves
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually blend in melted white chocolate, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
- Pour filling over crust. Drop spoonfuls of blueberry preserves on top and use a knife to create a swirl pattern. Bake for 45 minutes, then cool at room temperature before refrigerating overnight.
