A creamy cheesecake with a rich white chocolate filling and a delightful blueberry swirl on a graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberry preserves

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually blend in melted white chocolate, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour filling over crust. Drop spoonfuls of blueberry preserves on top and use a knife to create a swirl pattern. Bake for 45 minutes, then cool at room temperature before refrigerating overnight.
