Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  4. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce thickens.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and toss with cooked rotini pasta, or serve immediately.
