Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Shape the mixture into a log on a piece of plastic wrap.
  3. Roll the log in chopped fresh parsley to coat evenly.
  4. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
