Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped antipasto mix (olives, peppers, artichokes)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (basil, parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the antipasto mix and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper, and stir until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a log on a sheet of plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
