Description

A festive appetizer combining cream cheese with antipasto ingredients for a holiday treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped antipasto mix (olives, peppers, artichokes)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (basil, parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the antipasto mix and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Add the chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper, and stir until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a log on a sheet of plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Serve with crackers or bread.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
