A festive holiday appetizer featuring cranberries rolled in tortillas for a burst of Christmas flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries and sugar over medium heat. Cook until cranberries burst and mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Stir in cream cheese, pecans, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter version, add more sugar to taste.
