Description

A spicy ramen dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy garlic sauce with a fiery kick.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the chili flakes.
  2. In a pan, cook the chicken over medium heat until fully done, about 6-8 minutes per side. Set aside.
  3. Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the remaining chili flakes for heat, then mix in the cooked noodles and shredded chicken.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro if desired.

Notes

Adjust chili flakes based on spice tolerance; pairs well with a cold beverage.
