- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the chili flakes.
- In a pan, cook the chicken over medium heat until fully done, about 6-8 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Add the remaining chili flakes for heat, then mix in the cooked noodles and shredded chicken.
- Serve hot, garnished with cilantro if desired.
Notes
Adjust chili flakes based on spice tolerance; pairs well with a cold beverage.
