Description

A spicy twist on classic ramen with tender chicken and a rich garlic sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté the minced garlic and sliced onion until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Stir in the chili paste and heavy cream, simmering for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and let the mixture simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. Shred the chicken and add it back to the sauce.
  7. Combine with the cooked noodles and serve hot.

Notes

For extra heat, add more chili paste. Pairs well with a side salad.
