Description
A spicy twist on classic ramen with tender chicken and a rich garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 200g ramen noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons chili paste
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté the minced garlic and sliced onion until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
- Stir in the chili paste and heavy cream, simmering for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and let the mixture simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Shred the chicken and add it back to the sauce.
- Combine with the cooked noodles and serve hot.
Notes
For extra heat, add more chili paste. Pairs well with a side salad.
