Description

A delightful appetizer combining sweet figs, salty prosciutto, and spicy hot honey on crispy crostini.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 8 fresh figs, sliced
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. Spread a layer of goat cheese on each crostini. Top with a slice of prosciutto and a few fig slices.
  3. Drizzle with hot honey, sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt, and serve immediately.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
