For the Crust:

  • 4 filet mignon steaks
  • 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook the steaks to desired doneness, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until pink, then add lobster meat, heavy cream, and simmer until the sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the steaks and serve promptly.
