For the Crust:
- 4 filet mignon steaks
- 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add butter and cook the shrimp until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the lobster meat and cook for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- To serve, place shrimp on top of each filet and drizzle with the lobster cream sauce. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
