- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Place the whites in a large bowl and the yolks in a separate bowl.
- Add the cottage cheese, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the egg yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites until just combined.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in rounds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and firm.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
